These Terms of Service apply to all plugins developed and distributed by JT Plugin Development (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through the Autodesk App Store, including:
Each plugin is referred to individually as “the Plugin” where applicable.
By downloading, installing, or using any Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.
Our plugins for Autodesk® Fusion® are developed by Giovanni Tommasi (“JT Plugin Development”) to extend Fusion’s capabilities for manufacturing, prototyping, and design workflows. For a description of what each Plugin does, refer to its dedicated page linked above.
The Trial version of each Plugin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin subject to the limitations specific to that Plugin. For the full list of Trial limitations and Pro features for each Plugin, refer to:
The Pro version, available for purchase through the Autodesk App Store, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the full features of the Plugin as described on its dedicated page.

Each Plugin, including all code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Giovanni Tommasi. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain ownership of all designs, models, and content you create using our Plugins. We claim no ownership over your original work.
Our Plugins integrate with Autodesk® Fusion®. Autodesk’s terms and conditions apply to your use of Fusion. We are not affiliated with Autodesk.
Pro version purchases are processed through the Autodesk App Store. Payment terms are subject to Autodesk’s policies.
Refunds are handled according to Autodesk App Store policies. Generally, refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase if the Plugin fails to function as described.
Pro licenses are tied to your machine ID. Each purchase includes one license for one computer. Contact support for multiple machine licenses.
Trial version users receive community support through our GitHub repositories and documentation.
Pro version users receive priority email support at jtplugin@ajl.vision with typical response times of 24–48 hours.
We provide updates to improve functionality and compatibility. Updates are delivered through the Autodesk App Store.
THE PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that any Plugin will:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GIOVANNI TOMMASI OR JT PLUGIN DEVELOPMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF ANY PLUGIN.
Our data collection practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://jtplugin.github.io/privacy-policy.
A Plugin may contact Autodesk’s entitlement service to verify Pro license status. This process only transmits your Autodesk user ID and App ID, not your design data.
Your 3D models and design data remain on your computer and are not transmitted to our servers.
You may stop using any Plugin at any time by uninstalling it from Fusion.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this license immediately cease. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Giovanni Tommasi and JT Plugin Development from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of any Plugin or violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Plugins complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms at https://jtplugin.github.io/terms. Your continued use of any Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or any Plugin shall be resolved in the courts of Lecce, Italy.
Before formal legal action, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct communication.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Plugins and supersede all prior agreements.
