By downloading, installing, or using the JT Magic Revolve plugin (“the Plugin”) for Autodesk Fusion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.
JT Magic Revolve is a plugin for Autodesk Fusion developed by Giovanni Tommasi (“JT Plugin Development”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that enables users to duplicate and rotate 3D bodies along specified axes to create complex patterns, spirals, and repetitive structures for design, engineering, and manufacturing purposes.
The free version of JT Magic Revolve grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin with the following limitations:
The Pro version, available for purchase through the Autodesk App Store, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the full features of the Plugin:

JT Magic Revolve, including all code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Giovanni Tommasi. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain ownership of all designs, models, and content you create using the Plugin. We claim no ownership over your original work.
This Plugin integrates with Autodesk Fusion. Autodesk’s terms and conditions apply to your use of Fusion. We are not affiliated with Autodesk.
Pro version purchases are processed through the Autodesk App Store. Payment terms are subject to Autodesk’s policies.
Refunds are handled according to Autodesk App Store policies. Generally, refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase if the Plugin fails to function as described.
Pro licenses are tied to your machine ID. Each purchase includes one license for one computer. Contact support for multiple machine licenses.
Free version users receive community support through our GitHub repository and documentation.
Pro version users receive priority email support at jtplugin@ajl.vision with typical response times of 24-48 hours.
We provide updates to improve functionality and compatibility. Updates are delivered through the Autodesk App Store.
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Plugin will:

The Plugin may contact our servers to verify Pro license status. This process only transmits your machine ID and license key, not your design data.
Your 3D models and design data remain on your computer and are not transmitted to our servers.
You may stop using the Plugin at any time by uninstalling it from Fusion 360.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this license immediately cease. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Giovanni Tommasi and JT Plugin Development from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Plugin or violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Plugin complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms at https://jtplugin.github.io/terms. Your continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Plugin shall be resolved in the courts of Bari, Italy.
Before formal legal action, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct communication.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Plugin and supersede all prior agreements.
